CSPC 2026 will be held in-person at The Fairmont Château Laurier, 1 Rideau St. Ottawa, ON, K1N 8S7, from November 25-27, 2026.
CSPC 2026 includes the following sections:
- Symposiums: Morning of Wednesday, Nov 25 ( Included as a registration add-on)
- Main Conference: Nov 25 to Nov 27, 2026
You must have RSVP (standard) or have paid additional for other categories to attend the gala.
The Annual Gala will take place on Wednesday, November 25, 2026 at the Rogers Centre, 55 Colonel By Dr, Ottawa, ON K1N 9J2 from 18:30 to 21:00.
The app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and is called ‘CSPC 2026’. Follow the links below to download the apps:

Use the app to view panel session information, access Exhibitor and Partner virtual booths, use the polling, Q&A and Chat features, and set up meetings. Please use the email you have used for CSPC 2026 registration to create your profile. Please note to answer the polls during sessions, you need to have the CSPC 2026 APP downloaded.

No, the conference will be an in-person-only event.
- Yes, there will be plenty of opportunities to network. It is recommended that you participate in the conference’s numerous seminars and panel discussions, as well as purchasing tickets for the Gala if that is not included in your registration ticket type.
- Please also note that coffee breaks will be held in the Exhibitor Hall between panels, where networking is encouraged.

Yes, you can register someone else on their behalf by inputting their information in the required fields in the registration form. If you are registering for more than one person, please add additional tickets to your order.
- If you would like to cancel your registration, please provide written notification by email to [email protected]

- There is a 20% processing fee for refunds on cancellations made on or before September 30, 2026.
- There is a 50% processing fee for refunds on cancellations made between October 1, 2026 – October 30, 2026.
- No refunds will be provided after October 30, 2026.
The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to cancel this program. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation. The Secretariat will not be liable for any loss, damages, or other expenses other than the registration fees that such cancellation may cause.
Tickets are non-transferrable after the time of purchase and are only valid for the individual whose information is included in the registration form.
Multiple ticket discounts are available. CSPC offers a 5% discount on groups of 5-9 registrations, and a 10% discount for 10 registrations or more. Please contact [email protected] to request a group discount.
The following meals are included with registration:
- Symposium registration includes breakfast and lunch on November 25.
- Main conference registration includes coffee breaks on November 25, as well as breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks for the duration of the conference.
- Receptions: There will be one reception for FRQ & CSPC, Réception célébrant la francophonie on Thursday, Nov 26. For those who will be attending the Gala Dinner, there will be a Gala pre-reception and a cash bar post-reception after the Gala Dinner.
- A ticket to the Gala is included in the STANDARD registration category. For all other registration categories, a ticket to the Gala must be purchased separately at an additional cost.

Unfortunately, tickets are not available for sale on-site. All tickets must be purchased online, in advance.

Travel and accommodations are not included in the conference fees. However, CSPC has secured a discounted rate for conference attendees with the Fairmont Château Laurier, as well as transportation discounts for travel to Ottawa. Please click the following link here for more information.
